I thought that the cardio exercise DVD would inspire me to get my rear in shape, but it was not to be. As an alternative, my new cardio disc just decided to sit in the corner, accumulating dust while I sat on the couch, getting fatter and less totally fit.
My following exercises DVD was a step calisthenics DVD, but it fared no better. I believe I did try that exact cardio exercise video a couple of times, but it was no use. I just felt so silly sitting there at home, moving along with class on tape who weren't even in the room with me, pretending that I was doing something that was not entirely ridiculous. I just couldn't make it a part of my practice. I had originally planned to start off each day with the cardio disc and a shower, but when I would rise out of bed in the morning, it was the very last thing that I wanted to do.
I've had 3 of 4 cardio discs since then and, to be straightforward with you, none of them have worked well at all. It basically isn't so enjoyable to do calisthenics by yourself in the front room, watching your aerobic disc on the tv. Nothing actually occurred to get me totally fit from watching the cardiovascular dvd. Ultimately, I had to do what I had been fearing all along; I had to enroll in sports club. When I began to get my work out from aerobics lessons and not an aerobic disc, it suddenly became so much easier to stay with the program. The lessons got me out of my house, and the individuals in them were so inspiring, that I just could not help myself. Pretty much instantaneously, I was hooked on taking work out classes to get totally fit. It was like you couldn't get me away from them. Meanwhile, each cardio disc I have ever had quietly gathers dust in the home of a newer, fitter me.
