I decided to give a wedding shower for her at our home. Her all-time flowers have always been daisies and carnations. I had an adequate amount of flowers left to do a small arrangement for the bathrooms. It's always an appreciated touch to place fresh-cut flowers in the bathroom when you are entertaining. When you do your own arrangements you can utilize your own vases, which adds to the personal touch. The morning of the wedding shower I checked the flower arrangements to see if they needed more water. They were still looking fresh & the bright colors of the flowers made the rooms feels warm and homey. My niece appreciated the lovely & generous presents that the guests had brought. And she hadn't even seen the wholesale wedding favors I bought yet! We visited and gave pieces of advice to the bride about having a long and glad marriage. I had framed some pictures that I had gotten from the mother of the bride & mom of the groom. I had pictures of the 2 of them growing up as well as pictures of the two of them on various vacations that they have taken together. My niece was so pleased with these that she made the decision to use them at the wedding day reception also, along with the wholesale wedding favors. We also ate a light lunch & had cake that I had also adorned with fresh flowers.
